SeHealth adds OB/GYN clinic to physician services

The Women’s Life Center of Lumberton has joined Southeastern Health’s physician
services division and has been renamed Southeastern Women’s Healthcare at The
Oaks.
OB/GYNs Drs. Larry Hearne and Tawanda Williams, Nurse Midwife Judith Locklear
and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Fran Andrews, continue to provide
obstetrical and gynecological care at the clinic.
Dr. Hearne received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Tennessee
and completed his residency program at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn,

Dr. Williams earned her medical degree from UNC Chapel Hill and completed her
residency training at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
Locklear earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Southeastern Community
College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from UNC Pembroke. She completed a
master’s degree in nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
Andrews earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Southeastern Community
Dr. Tawanda Williams College. She completed women’s health nurse practitioner certification and colposcopy
advanced practice certification, both at Emory University School of Medicine in
Atlanta, Ga.
The clinic is located at 800 Oakridge Boulevard in Lumberton. To schedule an

Southeastern Health operates two other women’s clinics in Lumberton: Southeastern
Women’s Healthcare on Fayetteville Road, which offers obstetrics and gynecology
services, and Southeastern Health Women’s Clinic on 27th Street, which provides
gynecology services.
