                                                                                             1  pound ground lamb
                                                                                             1  tablespoon Carapelli

                                                                                                 breadcrumbs
                                                                                             3  tablespoons pine nuts
                                                                                             2  tablespoons golden
                                                                                                 raisins
                                                                                             1  large egg, lightly
                                                                                                 beaten
                                                                                            3/4  teaspoon kosher salt
                                                                                            1/2  teaspoon ground black
                                                                                                 pepper
                                                                                         Feta-Olive Oil Sauce:
                                                                                            1/2  pound feta cheese,
                                                                                                 crumbled
                                                                                             2  tablespoons Carapelli
